OWEN -- Idell B. (Bowen) Myre, 68, of Owen, died Friday, Jan. 18, at the Clark County Health Care Center in Owen.

Maurina Funeral Home in Abbotsford is in charge of arrangements.

Idelle B. Myre

Idelle B. (Bowen) Myre, 68, Owen, died Friday, Jan. 18, 2008, at the Clark County Health Care Center, Owen.

Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Curtiss, with a visitation from 10 a.m. until service time at the church.

Maurina Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.

Idelle was born Oct. 28, 1939, in the town of Hoard to Lester and Ida (Gayken) Bowen. She married Russell Myre in 1957 and he preceded her in death. She worked at Tomahawk Hospital as a nurse's aide. She then moved to Anchorage, Alaska, and continued her profession in the medical field. Later in 1992, Idelle resided at the Clark County Health Care Center, Owen.

Idelle is survived by two daughters, Tana (Eric) Pickens, Anchorage, Alaska, and Paige Hulen, Palmer, Alaska; one son, Marty Myre, Anchorage, Alaska; one brother, Dennis (Patti) Bowen, Wausau; seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
