After the death of Johann Wilhelm Meissner, his widow and his children are going to pay the fief. Weitersroda in Sep. 1806

At the handing over of the estate of Anna Katherina Trier-Meissner-Klett; her youngest son, Johann Klett, took over the fief for about 500 Gulden. Weitersroda 24 Aug 1844, Fr. Wagner, judge Benedikt Schleip, owner of the estate

In 1855, 32 citizens of Hessberg bought the feudal estate and shared it. The wood was property of the co-operative.
