Stetsonville Notes

B. J. Anderson received a carload of Fords this week.

Miss Louise Fountain left for Winter Wis to visit friends.

E. H. Ruhmer went to Medford between trains Wednesday.

Fred Werner shipped a car load of cattle to Chicago Monday.

Don’t forget the roller skating at the opera house Saturday evening.

Misses Louise Fountain and Amanda Premeau spent Sunday in Dorchester, Wisconsin.

Mr. A. J. Greiners’ cousins, of Greenwood, spent a few days with him this week.

The Stetsonville Co-operative Mercantile Co. held their annual meeting Wednesday afternoon.

Mr. and Mrs. E. O. Erickson, Mrs. Geo. Krackenburger and Leity Erickson left for Iola Saturday to attend the funeral of their cousin.

Sunday evening, about 7:30, Mr. Long discovered a fire in the residence of Henry Amacher’s and with the aid of the fire extinguishers and a few young men, it was soon under control before much damage was done. This might have been a disastrous fire if it had not been discovered in time. Good work Al., we will elect you fire chief.
