Wojcik, Theodora (12 AUG 1940)

The marriage of Miss Theodorea Wojcik, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Wojcik, and Mr. Earl V. Sabrowsky, son of Mr. and Mrs. Louis Sabrowsky, took place at seven o’clock in the morning, Monday, Aug. 12th, 1940 at St. Hedwig’s Catholic Church.

Miss Cecelia Wojcik acted as maid of honor, attired in an old rose wool gown, Miss Phyllis Sabrowsky acted as bridesmaid and wore blue wool. They wore shoulder corsages of sweet peas and roses.

The bride carried an arm bouquet of gladioli and roses. Her gown was tan and brown wool jersey with brown accessories.

Ray Wojciechowski of Athens, Wis., acted as best man. His suit was of teal blue. The groom wore brown.

After the ceremony a wedding breakfast was served at the home of the bride’s uncle, Mr. Theo Stroinski.

The bride was a member of the 1933 graduating class from the Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.) High School and has been employed for some time at the Bauer Variety Store. The groom is a graduate of the Athens High School and moved to Thorp with his parents some years ago and is now employed at the Dairy Belt Cheese Co. here. They will make their home in Thorp.
