Scoville, Mary (? - 1942)

News of the death of Mrs. Mary (Ludington) Scoville, Michigan City, Ind., recently came to friends here, though the death occurred some time ago.

Mary Ludington and Will Scoville, a veteran of the Spanish-American War, were married on Neillsville, living here for some time after their marriage. She was a daughter of George Ludington, one of Neillsville’s early day harness makers. Mr. Scoville was a son of the Rev. Scoville, at that time pastor of the Methodist church here. The couple lived in Neillsville for a time after their marriage. They were the parents of a daughter, Gladys, who survives. Her sister, Mrs. Harry Bradway, preceded her in death March 27, 1940.
