In a ceremony performed by Rev. E.G. Pfeiffer at the Rollin Williams home at 2:30 o’clock on Monday afternoon, June 26th, 1939, Miss Emma Marie Williams, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rollin Williams of the town of Reseburg (Clark Co., Wis.), became the bride of Alvin G. Kippenhan, son of Mr. and Mrs. Theo Kippenhan of the Town of Mead (Clark Co.).

The bride was attired in a white sateen gown. She wore a lace net veil with gold beads and white roses on the head piece. Her bouquet was of pink peonies, roses, Chinese pinks and ferns. The bridesmaid, Miss Norma Kippenhan wore a light blue sateen dress adorned with a white rose. The groom and best man, Walter H. Williams, wore a dark blue suits and white rose.

A reception, attended by relatives and friends, took place at the Williams home after the ceremony.

The couple will reside on a farm in the town of Mead.
