Miss Marie Mertens, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Mertens of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Dr. Frank A. Weix of Colby, were united in marriage at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at Colby on Thursday morning, Sept. 1, 1938. The groom is a dentist by profession.
