Kramasz, Stella (15 NOV 1937)

Mr. Eugene Wilhelm, son of Mr. and Mrs. W.A. Wilhelm of the town of Thorp (Clark Co., Wis.), and Miss Stella Kramasz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Kramasz of the town of Withee (Clark Co.), were married Monday morning at St. Hedwig’s Church, Rev. F.A. Kulig performing the ceremony. A wedding reception was held after the ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents, and a dance was given at the Thorp Opera House in the evening.

On Tuesday morning, November 16th, 1937, at 9 o’clock, Rev. F.A. Kulig joined in holy wedlock Miss Stella J. Kramasz, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Kramasz of the town of Withee, and Mr. Eugene J. Wilhelm, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Wilhelm of Thorp, at St. Hedwig’s Church.

The couple was attended by Miss Rachael Wilhelm of Milwaukee, sister of the groom, and Paul Kramasz of Thorp, brother of the bride, as bridesmaid and best man, and the bride’s sister, Miss Kay Kramasz of Chicago, acted as maid of honor. Dickie Kramasz of Milwaukee, nephew of the bride, was ring bearer.

Miss Rachael Wilhelm wore a gown of cerise moiré taffeta with silver accessories and carried an arm bouquet of baby chrysanthemums and talisman roses.

Miss Kay Kramasz wore a gown of olive green taffeta with matching accessories and carried an arm bouquet of pink baby chrysanthemums and talisman roses.

The ring bearer wore a white satin suit.

The bride was attired in a white transparent velvet gown and wore a blusher style veil. She carried a shower bouquet of tea roses and white chrysanthemums.

The bridegroom and his attendant wore dark blue suits.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. During the mass the organist was accompanied by Leonard Kramasz, nephew of the bride, on his violin.

A reception was held at the home of the bride’s parents for the immediate families. A wedding dance was held at the Thorp Opera House for all friends.

The out of town guests were: Miss Rachael Wilhelm, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kramasz and family, Mr. and Mrs. John Kramasz, Mr. and Mrs. A. Zaborwoski and family, Mrs. Jos. Kramasz and son, Mr. and Mrs. Max Bulski and daughter, of Milwaukee; Miss Kay Kramasz, Mrs. Edwin Gadlewski and son, Mrs. R. Lozynski and family, and Harry Kophamer, of Chicago.
