Dallmann, Hertha (10 June 1924 - 8 Dec. 1980)

Unity, Wis. - Mrs. Theodore (Hertha) Dallmann, 76, Unity, died at 6:41 p.m. Monday at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, where she was admitted Friday.

The funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church, the Rev. Elton H. Moore officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. Wednesday at Rux/Lulloff Funeral Home, Colby.

The former Hertha Freyholtz was born in the town of Wellington, Renville County, Fairfax, Minn., to Mr. and Mrs. Robert Freyholtz. On June 10,1924 in Fairfax, she and Mr. Dallmann were married. He died May 15, 1979. They had observed their golden wedding anniversary in 1974.

The couple farmed in the Riplinger area and from 1934 to 1945 operated a tavern in Riplinger. They then farmed in the town of Brighton until retiring. Mrs. Dallmann was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors are two sons, Corwin of Unity and Dennis of Spencer; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two brothers, Franz and Arnold, and a sister, Mrs. Helena Klieman, all of Fairfax. Two brothers, one sister, and her parents are deceased.
