Reeves, Neva Marie (Marriage - 27 June 1934)

A pretty wedding was solemnized Wednesday morning at eight o’clock, Rev. L. J. Lang reading the marriage ceremony, when Miss Neva Marie Reeves, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Reeves, Sr., became the bride of William J. Harry. Miss Alma Harry, sister of the groom, acted as maid of honor and the groom was attended by the bride’s brother, John Reeves.

The bride was attired in a beautiful lace dress of ashes of roses, pink felt, with pink accessories. Her bouquet consisted of pink roses and white snapdragons. The maid of honor wore a floral crepe blue dress with taffeta jacket and her bouquet consisted of mixed flowers.

A wedding breakfast was served at the Hotel Robinson and supper at the home of the bride’s parents, the home being nicely decorated with roses and ferns for the occasion.

The newlyweds will make a trip to Northern Wisconsin lakes and will be at home after July 20 on the groom’s farm in the town of Colby. The groom is a salesman for the Jax Wax Co.
