Krause, Berdeanne Jean (26 July 1926 - 16 Jan. 1990)

Spencer - Berdeanne Jean Krause, 63, Spencer, died at 10:20 a.m. Tuesday at St. Jospeh’s Hospital Hospice Care Unit, Marshfield.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer, with the Rev. William Ruhbusch officiating. Music will be provided by the church choir and Mrs. Isabelle Bruesewitz, organist. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Thomas Genack, Troy Ballerton, Richard Mielke, Neal Franz and Casey and Charles Krause.

Visitation will be at Rux Funeral Home, Spencer, after 4 p.m. Thursday.

She was born July 26, 1926, in the town of Unity, Clark County, to the late Albert and Adelia (Schwantes) Schultz. She was a graduate of Unity, Wis. High School.

She was married to Ernst Krause May 10, 1947, at Trinity Lutheran Church, Spencer.

She worked at Central State Bank, Marshfield, for five years, and she and her husband farmed in the town of Brighton.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid and Ladies Guild and its choir. She was also a Sunday School teacher for 20 years.

She is survived by her husband; four sons, James, Wilbur and Randy, all of Spencer and Dennis of Hewitt; four daughters, Mrs. Robert (Nancy) Genack of Brookfield, Mrs. Lenard (Linda) Rieth of Gtanton, Mrs. Mark (Kathy) Franz of Marshfield and Mrs. James (Susan) Kleinschmidt of Spencer; one brother, Norbert Schultz of Spencer; and 21 grandchildren.

She was also predeceased by two brothers and two sisters.
