Seefeldt, Fred Emil (4 May 1892 - 10 July 1951)

Spencer, Wis. - Fred Emil Seefeldt, 59, died at 3:20 p.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph’s Hospital, Marshfield, where he had been a patient the past six weeks. Death was caused by a heart ailment.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Spencer. The Rev. R. J. Scholz will officiate and burial will be made in the parish cemetery.

The body will repose at the Swarthout Funeral Home, Spencer, from this evening until 11 a.m. Friday, when it will be taken to the church.

Mr. Seefeldt was born May 4, 1892, in Spencer, and had resided there all his life. His marriage to the former Alvina Henrickson took place June 1, 1913, at Loyal. They operated a farm near Riplinger.

He is survived by his wife, four sons, Norman, Spencer; Lawrence, Kenosha; Myron, Spencer; and Paul, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Eugene (Arlene) Martin, Spencer; 10 grandchildren; four brothers, Herman, Frank, Louie, and Albert, Spencer; and a half-sister, Mrs. Laura Schilling, Wausau.
