Gipp, Janet J. (30 APR 1929 - 10 APR 1936)

Funeral services for little Janet Joyce Gipp, seven year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George Gipp, were held at the home Tuesday afternoon with the Rev. J. Brandt officiating. Janet took ill last week Sunday with scarlet fever and Thursday, when her condition became worse, she was rushed to the St. Joseph’s Hospital at Marshfield where she passed away Friday forenoon at 11:30.

Janet was born April 30, 1929 and lacked but a few days of being seven years old. She leaves her parents, one sister, Georgene, and two brothers, Jack and James, and a large group of friends and relatives to mourn her loss.

Pallbearers for the services were Alfred and Robert Edwards, David Gipp and Jacob Staab, and interment was made in the Memorial Cemetery.

Out of town relatives attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Edwards Sr., daughters, Helen and Margaret of Stetsonville, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Edwards and Marie Aldinger of Curtiss, Mrs. William Pueschner of Stetsonville, and Miss Blanche Edwards of Evanston, Ill.

The many friends of the family join us in offering them deepest sympathy in their hour of sorrow.
