Junker, Elmer E. (29 Oct. 1909 - 29 Oct. 1983)

Abbotsford, Wis. - Elmer E. Junker, 74, Route 1, Abbotsford, died approximately 7 a.m. Saturday at his home of an apparent heart attack.

Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Maurina Funeral Home, Abbotsford, Wis. Mr. Robert Ruprich of Jehovah’s Witnesses will officiate. Burial will be in the Abbotsford Public Cemetery.

Visitation at the funeral home will be at 4 p.m. today, and Tuesday until service time.

He was born Oct. 29, 1909 in Boyd, to the late Mr. and Mrs. John (Matilda Schultz) Junker. He married Virginia Grignon Dec. 22, 1945 in Neillsville, Wis. The couple farmed in the Town of Holton for 45 years.

A member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses Congregation in Dorchester, Mr. Junker is survived by his wife, two daughters, Mrs. Charles (Barbara) Wellner of Abbotsford and Mrs. Paul (Donna Mae) Rudolph of Stanley, and one granddaughter.

He was predeceased by two brothers and a sister.
