Harvey Pohlie Jr.

Harvey Pohlie Jr., 44, Poniatowski, died Thursday, March 1st, 2007

The funeral mass was March 5th at Holy Family Catholic Church, Poniatowski. The Rev. Charles Hiebl and Deacon Leroy Knauf presided. Burial was in the parish cemetery.

Pallbearers for the service were Chris Zychowicz, Dan Hart, Paul Schug, Randy Feltz, Rick and Rus Murkowski.

Harvey was born February 20th, 1963, son of Charelene Zychowicz, Poniatowski and Harvey Pohlie Sr., Fort Atkinson.

He was employed at Northern Valley Workshop. Among his favorite things to do was watching old western movies, Star Trek and Rocky.

Harvey also enjoyed working on his three wheeler, going camping, swimming and watching cartoons.

He is survived by his mother, Charlene Zychowicz, Poniatowski; his father and step mother, Harvey Sr. and Beverly Pohlie, Fort Atkinson, sisters Linda Weiler, Poniatowski (deceased March 3, 2007), Lisa Strasburg, Abbotsford, JoWanda (Paul) Schug, Athens and brother Christopher (Jolene) Zychowicz, Poniatowski.

Harvey was preceded in death by his step father Anthony Zychowicz; grandparents, Henry and Viola Ress, Marian Rief and Clarence Pohlie.

Peterson-Kramer Funeral Home, Athens assisted the family with arrangements.
