Schultz, Albert (5 JUL 1882 - 20 FEB 1933)

Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 o’clock at the Schultz’s, town of Holton (Marathon Co., Wis.) farmer, who died suddenly Monday noon. Cause of death was given as heart failure. Rev. G.F. Hahn of Colby, conducted the services. Burial took place in the Memorial Cemetery.

Albert Schultz was born July 5, 1882 at Auburndale and was 50 years, 7 months and 16 days old at time of death. The Schultz’s moved to their present farm home, known as the old Schaus farm, in 1916.

Besides his wife, Mrs. Mary Schultz, he leaves three daughters and three sons to mourn his loss. The Clarion joins the many friends in offering sincerest sympathy to the mourning ones.

Due to adverse road conditions it was impossible to secure a complete obituary. We hope to be able to complete the obituary next week.

Funeral services for Albert G. Schultz, who passed away Feb. 20th, 1933 at his home in the town of Holton, were held last Thursday at the Peace Evangelical Church with Rev. G.F. Hahn officiating. Burial took place in the Memorial Cemetery with Edwin Scheibe, John Kadonsky, Joe Mohan, Nick Decker, Fred Leonhard and L.L. Buell acting as pallbearers.

Albert Schultz was born July 5, 1882 at Auburndale. He grew to manhood there and on April 12, 1907 was united in marriage to Miss Mary Severt. Seventeen years ago Mr. Schultz purchased their present farm home from Mrs. G. Schaus and the Schultzes have lived there since that time. Six children were born to this happy union: three daughters, Helen, Mrs. L. Auburnson, Myrtle, Mrs. Geo. Seidl, and Verna, Mrs. Art Scheibe, and three sons, Elmer, Harold and Earl, at home.

Out of town relatives and friends attending the services were Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schultz, a sister, Milwaukee; Mrs. Ida Burton, a sister, Mrs. Augusta Stoll, an aunt, his brothers, Fred Schultz, and Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Schultz, a brother-in-law, August Severt, daughter, Edna, and sons, Melvin and Martin, Mr. and Mrs. Emil Schultz and son, Clarence, cousins, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schrader, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Schrader, Frank Kotlow and Mr. Aldrich, all of Auburndale; August Hoefs, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Hoefs, a niece, of Stratford; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Teske, daughter, Delores and son, Howard, of Lugerville; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Popp and son, William, and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Huetter, of Mann; Mr. and Mrs. Sam Zeidler, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Ganger and family, Mr. and Mrs. John and Ernest Ganger, Mr. and Mrs. Julius Harp and Miss Viola Severt, all of Marshfield.

Misses Idelle Kayhart, Mable Lueddecke, Edna and Viola Severt acted as flower girls.
