Sennatt, Robert J. (? - 25 OCT 1931)

It is with sad heart that we chronicle the death of little Bobby Sennatt, who passed away at a local Superior hospital Sunday morning, Oct. 25th, 1931, from a rare blood disease. Bobby, who for the past three years lived with the E.M. Sorensons, had been with his mother at Superior just eight weeks when the strange malady afflicted him and he was taken to the hospital. He was there three weeks prior to his death. When it was learned there was no cure, Mrs. E.M. Sorenson was sent for and she remained with him the last ten days for he called constantly for "Auntie Ida."

Robert John Sennatt was born at St. Paul, Minn.. When he was 3 ½ years old he came to Ogema and lived with Mrs. Alma Fricke. He had been ill for some time and the farm life proved a decided benefit, for he became stronger and healthier. Three years ago he came to live with Mr. and Mrs. E.M. Sorenson west of the village (Dorchester, Clark Co., Wis.). He regained his health under their constant and loving care, and grew to be a happy, bright eyed youngster. Last spring he moved with the Sorensons to Bonnie Oaks near St. Paul and lived with them until he went to be with his mother. The lively footsteps and childish voice shall no longer echo through the house but still his memory shall live on and the many Dorchester friends extend a hand of sympathy and understanding to those who mourn his early departure.
