Miss Irene Laack, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Laack, Dorchester (Clark Co., Wis.), and Edward W. Schopp, son of Mr. and Mrs. Leo Schopp, town of Hoard (Clark Co.), were married Monday afternoon at Dorchester, Rev. Kalwitz officiating.

The bride wore a long white satin gown with lace jacket. Her veil of cap effect was of white tulle with lace edge. She carried a shower bouquet of white and pink roses and sweet peas.

Miss Gertrude Laack, sister of the bride, as maid of honor was attired in pink taffeta with a rhinestone headband, white accessories, and shoulder corsage. Miss Elvera Laabs, as bridesmaid, wore blue taffeta, white accessories, a headband similar to the maid of honor, and a shoulder bouquet.

A reception was held after the ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents. In the evening a wedding dance was held at the Trianon Ballroom.

The newlyweds will leaves next week for a wedding trip in the southern part of the state. They will make their home in Dorchester, Wis. The groom is employed at the county farm in Owen, Wis. The bride is a graduate of the Dorchester High School Class of 1932.
