Houghtonburg

Herman Hart and family moved to the Mayo farm this week.

A party of Masonic brothers were invited to the George Iffland home Friday evening, where Mrs. Iffland had prepared a bountiful supper, a complete surprise to Mr. Iffland. After supper cards were played and everyone left, wishing Mr. Iffland many more birthdays.

Henry Hanusa and Edward Graglla from Logansville came Wednesday to spend a short time at Ed Hanusa’s.

A 10 lb baby girl was born to Mr. and Mrs. Herman Hart, Saturday, Dec. 3. Mrs. Gamult is caring for mother and baby.

Mr. and Mrs. George Iffland spent Sunday afternoon at Houghton’s.

Fred Aeschbacher returned from Eau Claire Saturday, where he has had employment.

Mrs. Kelsh and Ruth, Mrs. Van Horn and baby, Mrs. M. Houghton, and Mrs. I. C. Houghton spent Friday afternoon at Maeder’s.

Mr. and Mrs. Earl Grush and Mr. and Mrs. Harry Iffland spent Saturday evening in La Crosse.
