Fradette, Bessie M. (31 JUL 1909)

A quiet home wedding was witnessed last Saturday evening, July 31st, 1909, at 8 o’clock, at the home of the bride’s sister, Mrs. A.W. Twichell, 278 N. Trumbull Avenue, Chicago, when Miss Bessie Maud Fradette, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.F. Fradette, of this city (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis.), and Mr. Ernest Burch of Salem, Oregon, were united in the holy bonds of matrimony. White carnations and ferns formed the decorations, while the happy bride was gowned in white silk and carried a bouquet of bridal roses, and was attended by her sister, Miss Lottie Fradette, who was dressed in white batiste. C.W. Twichell, nephew of the bride, acted as best man. The Ceremony was performed by W.H. Kent.

Among the guests were: Mr. and Mrs. A.W. Twichell and three sons, Clarence, Howard and Ross, all of Chicago Lawn, and Miss Lottie Fradette of Greenwood.

Mr. and Mrs. Burch left for their new home in Peoria, Ill. Sunday.

Both contracting parties are well known in this city, Mrs. Burch being a 1906 graduate of the Greenwood High School. Their many friends in this city extend heartiest congratulations and wish for them a long, happy and prosperous future.
