Sholl, Minnie (9 FEB 1909)

Albert G. Hoffman and Miss Minnie Sholl were united in marriage at the home of the groom’s parents in Merrillan, Friday, Feb. 9th, 1909, Rev. Sells of the M.E. Church officiating.

The bride was attended by her sister, Miss Josie Sholl, and Charles Hoffman, brother of the groom, acted as best man. About fifty relatives and friends of the contracting parties were present and witnessed the ceremony. The wedding couple were presented many beautiful presents as maternal evidence of the esteem in which they are held by a large circle of friends.

The groom is a well known young man in this vicinity, having lived several years on a farm north of this city (Greenwood, Clark Co., Wis.). Two years ago he moved to Merrillan with his father and has since engaged in the livery business.
