A pretty church wedding was solemnized at high noon today at Wausau, when Mr. John Mentges, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Mentges of Withee (Clark Co., Wis.), and Miss Hannah Garfield Dickson of Wausau, were united in marriage, the Rev. Wallace performing the ceremony. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Garfield of Sioux Falls, S.D.

Mr. Mentges is a graduate of the Withee High School and the Wausau Business College, and for the past eleven years has been connected with an investment and bond house in Wausau. Miss Dickson for the past seven years has been a secretary in the offices of the Mutual Insurance Co. of Wausau.

The groom is a promising young man, and his many friends in Withee hope for his continued success and a happy wedded life.

Mr. and Mrs. Theo Mentges went to Wausau today to be in attendance at the wedding. After a several days wedding trip the young couple will be at home to their friends in Wausau.
