MADISON -- Evelyn Anna Olm, 6 days old, died Thursday, Aug. 31, 2006, in the NICU at St. Mary's Hospital.

Visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. until the time of service at 6:30 p.m., today at Bethel Lutheran Church, 312 Wisconsin Ave., Madison. A reception will follow the memorial service.

Gunderson East Funeral and Cremation Center, is assisting the family with the arrangements.

She was born Aug. 25, 2006.

She is survived by her parents, Karl and Rebecca Olm; grandparents, Ken and Anna Olm, Karen Clouse and Richard and Beth Clouse; an aunt, Sara Olm; uncles, Mike and Mark Clouse; great-grandparents, Hazel Olm, George and Ellen White; and several great aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by great-grandparents, Arno Olm, David and Eveline Burgess, Glen and Esther Clouse; and great-aunt Judy (Clouse) Krultz.

Evelyn will be remembered as our beautiful butterfly who deeply touched our lives for six days, and on the seventh day she rested. The family would like to thank the dedicated doctors and nursing staff at St. Mary's NICU for the outstanding care she received during her short life. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Mary's Hospital NICU Department, 707 S. Mills St., Madison WI 53715, Attn: NICU Department.
