Whitted, John C. (1861? - 13 Aug 1938)
John C. Whitted, 77, of Cornell died at St. Joseph’s hospital at Chippewa Falls Saturday night, where he had been a patient since August 5. His wife died in 1934.
The funeral was held at Chippewa Falls this Wednesday afternoon.
He is survived by four sons, John of Chippewa Falls; George of Baldwin, N. D.; Charles of Neillsville; Thomas of Chicago; a daughter, Mrs. Sosalie Schumway, of Neillsville; an adopted daughter, Mrs. August Klann, also of Neillsville, 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
