Buddinger, Beatrice (Marriage - 1938)

Beatrice Buddinger, daughter of Charles Buddinger of the town of York, and Anthony Walter, son of Mrs. George Walter, Sr., of Greenwood, were united in marriage at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in Loyal, June 8, the Rev. Aloys Zinthefer officiating. The bride wore a gown of white satin trimmed in lace with accessories. Miss Anna Walter, sister of the groom, was maid of honor and was attired in pink satin with accessories, Roland Sharratt was best man.

The wedding dinner and supper were served at the home of the groom’s mother, with covers laid for 150 guests. Pink and white streamers and wedding bells were used for decorations. In the evening the newlyweds were honored at a shower and wedding dance at the Silver Dome. Among those present were Ernest Crossetts of Marshfield, H. P. Young and family of La Crosse, and V. Daughertys of Pine Creek, Minn.

Mr. Walter and bride will make their home on a farm in the town of York.
