Wood, Lucille I. (3 OCT 1916)

Married, on Tuesday evening, Oct. 3rd, 1916, at 8 o’clock, at the M.E. Parsonage, by the Rev. H.C. Hall, Miss Lucille I. Wood, and Mr. Raymond Colley, both of this city (Colby, Clark Co., Wis.). They were attended by Mr. and Mrs. O.W. Sturner, also of this city.

Miss Wood is the orphan daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. A.J. Wood of Almond, Portage Co., Wis., and for sometime past has made her home with Mr. and Mrs. J.P. Harvey, and is a niece of Mrs. Harvey. She is a quiet, unassuming young lady and a favorite of those with whom she has become acquainted.

Mr. Cooley, who formerly lived at Athens, Wis., is a steady, energetic young man, and during his three year’s residence here has been very popular and gained many friends. He is a machinist in the shops of E.D. Loos at this place.

The young folks will make their home in the Fred Sill residence on Front St.

It is a pleasure to chronicle the marriage of such worthy young people and this paper extends to them its warmest congratulations.
