Kuester, Beulah (Marriage - 28 Nov. 1936)

Beulah Kuester of Pine Valley, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ferdinand Kuester, and Everett Keller, son of Mr. and Mrs. George Keller of this city, were united in marriage Saturday, Nov. 28, at 2 o’clock p.m., at the home of the bride’s sister, Mrs. Ben Stucki, Rev. Stucki performing the wedding rites. The single ring ceremony was used. Mrs. Harold O’Brien, a sister of the bride and her husband, attended the couple.

The bride was charming in a gown of seal brown crepe with accessories to match. She is a capable and talented young woman, having considerable ability as a musician. She attended Uncle Sam school and competed the rural school course there, spending most of her life on the farm, assisting with the duties in the home.

The groom is employed by Ebeling & Schultz as a truck driver. He was born in the town of Grant and grew to manhood in this community.

The rooms were decorated in lavender and white. After congratulations and well wishes, 18 guests, including Mr. and Mrs. Fred Perwitz, the aged grandparents of the groom, were seated at the luncheon table.

Rev. and Mrs. Stucki and their children all joined in making the wedding day of Mr. and Mrs. Keller a most happy one. Rev. Stucki performed the ceremony. Mrs. Stucki prepared the luncheon and baked a beautiful three-layer wedding cake for the center piece, and their children except the youngest member (a month-old baby), planned and arranged the house decorations.

The young couple left on a wedding trip to Milwaukee, returning last Sunday to the home of the bride’s parents, where they will make their home for the present.
