Wrzosek, John (1860 - 5 NOV 1934)

John Wrzosek died at his home in the town of Roosevelt, Taylor Co., Wis., six miles northeast of Thorp, Clark Co. on Monday, Nov. 5th, aged 74 years.

Mr. Wrzosek was born in Poland and came to America in 1891 and settled in New York state, where he resided for 10 years. He came to Wisconsin in 1891 (must have been 1901) where he has since been engaged in farming.

He was married in Poland 48 years ago, to Pauline Kaliscz. Nine children were born to them, of whom six survive, viz. Frances and John at home, Frank and Joe at Stanley, Stanley at Gilman, and Helen (Mrs. Frank Stanek), town of Roosevelt.

Funeral services were held at St. Stanislaus Church at Lublin on Thursday morning last.
