Concerning your description of the Monroes living on Hammond Ave--that would definitely be Superior WI and not Duluth MN. Duluth and Superior have long been 'twin' ports, much like Mpls and St. Paul are 'twin' cities. But Hammond is still in Superior and not Duluth.
