Married, at the residence of the bride’s parents, in the town of Hull, Marathon Co., Wis., by Rev. S.A. Hoffman, on Monday, July 4th, 1898, Mr. Fred Allan and Miss Lulu M. Lafee, both of the town of Hull.

The groom is the only son of Hon. James Allan of the town of Hull, is a worthy industrious young man, who has lived in the town of Hull with his parents the past seven years, and previous to that time resided one mile and a half south of the present residence, but in the town of Brighton, and consequently, is well and favorably known throughout the two towns, and has any number of friends.

The bride is a daughter of Warren Lafee and was born on the place where the marriage was consummated. She has a wide acquaintanceship throughout the town and also hosts of friends, all of whom will wish the young couple the utmost happiness and prosperity.
