GRADUATES OF STOUT INSTITUTE

Miss Alice Marie Froeba, John S. Teigen, and Miss Verena Price are members of the 1948 graduating class of the Stout Institute, Menomonie, who will receive their diplomas in commencement exercises to be held the morning of June 4. Miss Froeba, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert O. Froeba, 106 N. Chestnut Street, entered Stout in 1945 from Eau Claire State Teachers College. She is a member of Phi Upsilon Omicron, Beta Sigma Phi, and the Neuman Club. She also served as secretary of the Junior Class. Miss Froeba plans to teach home economics in the West next year. Mr. Telgen, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sam Teigen, Glenwood City, was formerly a welding instructor at the Vocational School here. At Stout he is affiliated with F. O. B. and Epsilon Pi Tau fraternities, acting as president of the former in 1940. He is also a member of the Graduate Club and the swimming team. Mr. Teigen will continue graduate study at Stout. Miss Price is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Price, Unity, Route 1. She is affiliated with Eta Sigma Omega and Phi Upsilon Omicron sororities, the Home Economics Club, and the American Home Economics Association. Miss Price will teach home Economics at the Manawa High School next year.
