One case of scarlet fever is reported in this vicinity, Andrew Irish's son has been quite sick but is now out of danger.

Miss Zaideo Coby is quite ill at the present writing.

Jesse Colby was in Greenwood last week.

Eddie Carpenter and Misses Ollie and Maud Miller of Greenwood visited friends here recently.

School closes in the Colby district on Friday.

Miss Phebe Maynard closed her school in the Goff district with appropriate exercises on Wednesday of last week.

Ernest Zunke raised a large log house this week.
