TRANSCRIBED TEXT:

Hollis, aged about 23 months and son of Mr. & Mrs. Elmer Dennis, died in a hospital in Chicago last week Tuesday. The little one had never been well from its birth and suffered from kidney troubles. Dr. Rath of Granton, who had the case of the charge, did all within his power and skill for the little sufferer, and finally advised the parents to take he child to the hospital in Chicago in hopes of affecting a cure. But it was of no avail as the little bud only bloomed on earth to blossom in heaven. The aching hearts of the parents can find sweet consolation in the thought that Hollis is now free from all earthly disease and temptation and that he has bone home to dwell with his Heavenly Father. Funeral services were held in the M.E. church last Friday forenoon, Rev. Kildow conducting the services. Interment was made in the York Center cemetery.
