Karsten, Elsie (Marriage - 25 Jan 1928)

A pretty home wedding took place at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chris Karsten on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 1929, when their daughter Elsie, was united in marriage to Franklin Kraut, the eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Kraut, in the presence of relatives and a few friends. Rev. Goetsch of Green Grove officiated. After the ceremony a bounteous dinner was served. In the evening the bride and groom entertained their many friends at a dance in the village hall. The young couple were reared in this community and have a host of friends who wish them a happy future. They will make their home at Milan, Wis.
