Charlotte Yeager

Charlotte A. Yeager, 80, Rockford, Illinois, died on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2003, at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, Rockford. Private funeral services were held on Saturday, Aug. 16, at Fred C. Olson Funeral Chapels, Rockford. The Rev. Dr. William Richard Kerr officiated. Burial was in Scandanavia Cemetery.

Charlotte Bombard was born on Aug. 11, 1923, in Spencer, to Milton and Mildred Bombard. Se graduated from Spencer High School in 1941. She worked for Chrysler Corporation from 1967 until retiring in 1984. She was a member of Spencer United Methodist Church.

Survivors include three daughters, Judith (Eugene) Morgan, Leesburg, Florida, Mary (Tom) Tolle, Austin, Texas, and Marsha (Lars) Suneborn, Laguna Niguel, California; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her husband Fred L. Yeager; and two brothers, Calvin Bombard and Dale Bombard.

Fred C. Olson Funeral Chapels, Rockford, assisted the family with arrangements.
