Clifford N. Eggett

SPENCER—Funeral services for Clifford N. Eggett, 42, Pittsville, who died at the home of his mother. Mrs. E. N. Cox in Cheney, Washington, April 18 (1947), were held at the Methodist Church in Spencer Wednesday, the Rev. Rudolph Schulze of the Moravian, Wisconsin Rapids officiating. Internment was made at the West Spencer Cemetery. Mr. Eggett, whose widow and three children live south west of this city, went to Cheney recently in hopes of regaining his health. A brother, Robert Eggett, accompanied the remains to this state.

Pallbearers were William J. Metzer, Arthur Habeck, Robert Morrow, Alvin Lindow, Melvin Lindow, and Eugene Lindow, nephews of the deceased.

Nieces Mrs. William J. Metzger, Mrs. Robert Morrow, Jane Gasse and Lorraine Morrow served as flower girls.

Out-of-town relatives and friends attending the funeral included Mrs. E. N. Cox and Robert Eggett, Cheney, Washington; Minnie and George Eggett, Mr. and Mrs. James Englebretson, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Eggett, Mrs. Minnie Cox, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Cox, and Mrs. Carl Stabnow, Greenwood.
