Lloyd H. Olson, 52, Dies at Hospital

Loyd H. Olson, 52, of 1635 Fairfax Ave., died suddenly Monday at Sacred Heart Hospital after a heart attack. He was a resident of Eau Claire for the past three years. He came here from Jackson county where he had been a cheesemaker for 25 years. He is survived by his wife, Mabel, and a son Glen, both of Eau Claire; his father, Ole A. Olson of Merrillan; two brothers, Arthur of Northfield and Fred of Hixton; two half-brothers, Olaf Fielstad of Chicago and Seve Fielstad of Winslow, Ill and one sister, Nellie Curran of Blair. Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. from the Northfield Lutheran Church. The Rev. C. K. Malmin and Rev. P. Bey will officiate. Interment will be in the Northfield Cemetery. Friends May call at Stokes and Sons Funeral Home Wednesday afternoon and evening, at the Jensen Funeral Home in Hixton Thursday afternoon and evening and at the church from 1 p.m. until time of services Friday.
