C. H. Ketchum, arrested about two weeks ago charged with having raped his adopted daughter, a girl under fourteen years of age, and released upon giving bail for his appearance at the circuit court, was again taken into custody last Friday, charged with adultery. He was held to bail in the sum of $3,000, which he was unable to procure, and was taken to Black River Falls that evening and locked up.
