LONGWOOD LOCAL NEWS

J. L. Barber and family were driving on our streets recently.

H. McCarty and M. Henry have been hauling logs to Greenwood.

Sadie Anderson of Hemlock was a River Side caller Wednesday last.

Doc. Mead has his hair cut after the latest style too, and it's very becoming.

Mrs. B. F. Ketchpaw and son Marcel were River Side callers Sunday afternoon.

S. J. Smith and M. J. Anderson are hauling logs to Greenwood for C. Kippenhan.

Wm. Mead and wife were calling on their son, Byron and family of Hemlock on day last week.

G. Vine and family, also Mrs. S. Smith and children, ate dinner at the Davis home Sunday.

William Mead has been laying in a liberal supply of ice for the coming summer. The ice is apparently of a very good quality this season.
