Clouse, Mrs. Charles (1864? - 6 Jan 1913)

Died, Mrs. Charles Clouse, in the town of Loyal, Clark County, Wis., on Monday afternoon at half past two of gallstones and heart trouble at the age of forty-eight years.

The deceased was born in the town of Loyal and was married to Charles Clouse thirty-one years ago and moved onto the farm where she resided up to the time of her death.

Here she played as a child, developed into girlhood; here she married and helped to establish a home of her own; here her busy life was spent, her battles fought, her faithful service rednered to the world. In this dearest of all places to her, she lies down at length to sleep and rest, where her kindred sleep and where her life-long friends gathered about the dear form with honest tears of bereavement.

She leaves to mourn her loss a kind husband, three daughters and five sons.

The funeral services were held at the M. E. Church today at two o'clock and the remains buried in the M. E. Cemetery.
