Tony Skaleski

Funeral services for Tony Skaleski, 84, of Des Plaines, IL began with prayers at 9:15 a.m. at the Lauterburg and Oehler Funeral Home. Arlington Heights, IL, Then proceeded to St. Emily Church, Mount Prospect, where Mass was celebrated at 10:00 a.m.

Tony was born February 25, 1917, in Bellinger, WI to Frank and Martha Skaleski. He died October 28, 2001, at the North Chicago Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Interment was at All Saints Cemetery, Des Plaines, IL. Tony was a World War II Veteran.

Tony was the beloved husband of the late Helen M. Skaleski (Milan); loving father of Betty (the late Ted Lukasiewicz), Robert (Liz), Gary (Dianne), Therese (Tom) Paar and David (Michelle). Proud grandfather of Daniel (Michelle) Lukasiewicz, Darlene (David) West, Kathy (David) Kullgren, Margaret (Ron) Kazanow, Anna, Emily, Elliot, James, William and Timothy Skaleski, Lauren and Sara Paar, and Kelly Skaleski. Great Grandfather of Sarah, Nicholas, and Michael Kazanow, Mary West and Travix Kullgren. Dear brother of Lorraine (Clay) Ebben of Thorp and the late John, Ben, Albert, Victor, Joe, Louis and Ray Skaleski.
