Bruley, Rosa (12 DEC 1876 - 16 Mar 1917)

Mrs. Rosa Jacklin Bruley, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Jacklin, of the town of Weston, Clark County, Wis., was born at West Bend Dec. 12, 1876, and died March 16, 1917, of nerve poisoning and paralysis, at Tenino, Wash.

She came to Clark County with her parents April 3, 1878 and grew to womanhood in the town of Weston. On May 29, 1895 she was married to Thomas Bruley, and from here they went to St. Paul and later to Washington.

She was buried from the Sticklin undertaking parlors at Centralia, Wash., interment being in Mountain View Cemetery. Rev. Donis, of the Presbyterian Church, officiated. The ladies of the Eastern Star acted as pallbearers and the ladies of the Ladies of Woodcraft held their services at the grave, which were very beautiful and impressive.

Mrs. Rosa Bruley leaves to mourn her loss, her husband, Thomas Bruley; one daughter, Mrs. Ina Rama, and a grandson, Babe Rama, of Portland, Ore., her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. John Jacklin of Neillsville, and five sisters and one brother: Mrs. Bertha Thompson of West Allis; Mrs. Josie Trumbull of Chicago, Ill.; Mrs. Gardie Farning, Mrs. Una Kuhl, Mrs. Dellas Seif, all of Neillsville, Wis., and Mrs. Ellis Jacklin of Melrose, Wis.

The friends from Tenino, Wash. Attended the funeral in a body. The flowers were beautiful and many.

The sympathy of all are extended to the sorrowing ones, both ere and in the East.
