Antrim, James M. (22 Jul 1954 - 24 Sep 2002)

James M. Antrim, 48, Greenwood, Clark County, Wis., died on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2002, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 27, at Grace United Methodist Church, Greenwood. The Rev. Wendell Williams officiated. Burial was in the Town of Butler Cemetery. Pallbearers were George Klahn, Wes Stieglitz, Mark Bottlemy, Dean Stieglitz, Greg Branstiter and Scott Kollmansberger.

James Michael Antrim was born on July 22, 1954, in Marshfield, to the Rev. Eugene and Doris (nee Larson) Antrim. He received his education in Greenwood and graduated from Greenwood High School in 1972. He attended Mt. Senario College, Ladysmith, for four years, graduating in 1979. He then attended Oral Roberts University in Oklahoma. He married Terri Brown on May 21, 1988, at Grace United Methodist Church, Greenwood. He worked as a truck driver, as a teacher at Sunburst Youth Home, Neillsville, and on the Bill Arch farm near Greenwood. He was employed at Branstiter Brothers Inc., as a bus driver and bookkeeper at the time of his death. His interests included bowling, bow hunting, music, camping and fishing with his daughters.

Survivors include two daughters, Jenni Antrim and Chrisi Antrim, both of Greenwood; one sister, Ruth (Steven) St. Clair, Odessa, Fla.; one brother, David (Laura) Antrim, Chicago; and nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Terri, on June 21, 1991; and two sisters, Joy Antrim and Sharon Hildebrand.

Cuddie Funeral Home, Greenwood, assisted the family with arrangements.
