Tom Wedge of the Windfall, was over on business Wednesday.

Miss Grace Harriman was down with the chicken pox last week.

Bert Redmond of Neillsville, was up on a visit to his grand parents last week.

Twenty dollars was taken in at the oyster supper Friday night, and the way oysters were devoured made us think of the soup houses in Chicago.

Mrs. Levi Fulwiler continues to be very ill with pneumonia.

The Free Methodists are holding protracted meetings. Very little success, but lots of excitement.

A number of the Good Templars attended the training school at Granton Monday evening.

Boys, attend the Farmer’s Institute at Greenwood, and gain some good pointers, free of charge.

C. M. Campbell had a runaway at Granton last week Tuesday. His team was frightened by the cars, but no serious damage was done.

The Good Templars had a very enjoyable time Saturday evening. Mr. Adams, district lecturer, of Plymouth, had charge of the meeting. The Granton lodge was well represented, and if anyone knows how to conduct a lodge session, it’s Mr. Adams and Cy Stockwell.

The Sunday School and Epworth League have each a new set of officers, and great things are expected.

Ed Billings was over from the Ridge Monday, with his camera, and took the school in Dist. No. 3. Ed is a frequent visitor here and we wonder what the attraction is.
