WOLFKIEL FUNERAL IS HELD FRIDAY

Abbotsford--Funeral services were held Friday afternoon for Mrs. Nancy Wolfkiel, 86, who died Tuesday, Jan. 9, at an Owen hospital, where she had been a patient since April 8, 1937.

The Rev. E. J. Hoover officiated at the services at the Presbyterian Church, and burial was made in the Abbotsford cemetery. Mrs. Wilbut Kuehnast sang, "My Jesus as Thou Wilt," by Von Weber, accompanied by Mrs. A. J. Folstad.

Pallbearers were Albert Nelson, Peter and Ole Hansdon, Leo Bauer, Frank Lucas, and Christ Bremer.

Mrs. Wolfkiel, who came to Abbotsford in 1920 from Franklin, Pa., to make her home with her son, S. J. Lewis, was married to S. J. Lewis, Sr. in Pennsylvania Augl 15, 1853. In 1873 she was married in Franklin, Pa., to Alexander Wolfkiel, who preceded her in death many years ago.

Surviving are a son, S. J. Lewis, Abbotsford, and three grandsons; Lester, Abbotsford; George, St. Cloud, Minn.; and Earl, Montelsano, Wash.
