ILLNESS FATAL TO MRS. ADOLPH MOLLE

Cerebral Embolism Causes Death of Owen Resident on Wednesday

Owen - (Special) - Mrs. Adolph Molle, 49, of route 1, Owen, died of cerebral embolism at 9:30 o’clock Wednesday morning at Legault Hospital, Owen.

The body is lying in state at the Central Wisconsin Co-operative Funeral Home in Marshfield and Friday noon will be taken to the Molle home, where funeral services will be held Saturday afternoon at 1 o’clock. A 2 o’clock service will be conducted at St. Luke’s Evangelical Lutheran Church at South Green Grove, the Rev. M. C. Goetsch officiating, and burial will be made in the church cemetery.

Mrs. Molle, nee Lydia Persike, was born in Portage County Nov. 26, 1895, and was married in the same county April 26, 1916, to Adolph Molle. She grew to womanhood in Portage County, and after her marriage came to a farm in Clark County, where she resided until the time of her death.

Surviving are her husband; five children, Arnold of route 2; Owen, and Alfred, Irene, Vernette, and Ronald, at home; four grandchildren; her mother; Mrs. Mary Persike, Amherst; and five sisters and brothers, Mrs. Walter (Loretta) Suthemer, Amherts; Mrs. Hans (Ida) Vogel, Wausau; Frank Persike, Stevens Point; Herman Persike, Rhinelander; and Mrs. Ervin (Esther) Yonke, Gleason.

Her father died 30 years ago.

Molle Funeral Service Is Conducted At Owen

Owen - (Speical) - Funeral services for Mrs. Adolph Molle, 49, who died Dec. 13 at Legault Hospital, Owen, were held Dec. 16 at 1:30 p.m. at the home in the Town of Green Gove and at 2 p.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran Church.

The Rev. M. C. Goetsch officiating and vocalists were Mrs. Ted Miller and Mrs. Irma Augustine. Pallbearers were Louis, Herman, Henry, and Albert Hardrath and Albert and Ernest Molle. Flowers were carried by Joan Witt, Darleen Hendrickson, Doris Hendrickson, Lorraine Elstrom, Jean Elstrom, Darlene, Nita, Cairgene, and Diane Molle, Ruth Awe, Ardith Hendrickson, and Shirley Elstrom.

Those attending the funeral from a distance were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Suthiemer, Mrs. Mary Persike, Mrs. Herman Otto, and Mrs. Martha Thomson, Amherst; Mr. and Mrs. Frank Persike, and Glen Kussman, Stevens Point; Mr. and Mrs. Hans. O. Vogel, Wausau; Mr. and Mrs. Herman Persike, Rhinelander; Mr. and Mrs. Ervin Yonke, Gleason; Mrs. Edward Meyers, Mellen, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hendrickson and family, Spencer; and Mr. and Mrs. Ole Elstrom and family, Colby.
