Wischulke, Irma (Marriage - 17 Nov. 1934)

The marriage of Miss Irma Wischulke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Wischulke, town of Lynn, became the bride of Louis H. Riedel, son of Mrs. Anna Riedel also of Lynn, at the Lutheran parsonage, town of Grant, Saturday afternoon, Nov. 17, at 2 o’clock Rev. J. Buth performed the ceremony.

Attending the bride were Miss Betty Shober and Miss Vera Beilke. Wilbert Wischulke and Rudolph Riedel attended the groom.

The bride was gowned in light blue crepe, her veil, edged in lace, was arranged in a rhinestone headband. She carried a bridle bouquet of pink and white carnations, and chrysanthemums. The bridesmaids both wore blue gowns, with bouquets of chrysanthemums.

About 75 guests attended the reception and supper served at the home of the bride’s parents after the ceremony. The residence was decorated with blue and white crepe paper and wedding bells.

Mr. and Mrs. Riedel will reside at the home of the groom’s mother, where he is engaged in farming.

Out of town guests at the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Grimm, Mr. and Mrs. Holtzbauer, Edgar Burmeister, Oshkosh, and Mr. and Mrs. J. Joiner, Arpin.
