Cozy Corner

The Art Happe family and Ervin Bandt family and Chas. Lindow and family were to Chili Tuesday eve to celebrate C. A. Happe’s 80th birthday.

Grandma Lindow and Grandma Happe helped Mrs. Albert Lindow can meat Wednesday.

Mrs. Herman Grips and daughters Clara, Pearl and Doris visited at the Albert Lindow home Wednesday afternoon.

Ray Dorst traded horses with a party at Neillsville.

Mr. and Mrs. Glen Roehl and baby were dinner guests at Adolph Foemmel’s Sunday.

Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Lindow and Caroline and Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Happe and Elda were Sunday afternoon visitors at the Albert Lindow home.

George and Robert Yilek were Sunday dinner guests at Herman Griep’s home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Chapel from Wisconsin Rapids and Mr. and Mrs. Milburn Galbreath came Saturday evening and stayed over Sunday at the Leo Chapel home.

Mr. and Mrs. Ray Dorst and children visited at Neillsville Sunday.

Oliver Happe and Miss Iva Zimmerman took Lucille Happe to Milwaukee Friday where she was employment.

Mrs. H. Roehl received word from Portland, Ore., that her mother Mrs. Ed. Ackerman was in an auto accident and has three ribs broken and other bruises but is on the road to recovery.
