Twait, Frederick (1894 - 23 NOV 1961)

Withee, Clark Co., Wis. - Frederick Twait, 67, Longwood, died unexpectedly of a heart attack about 8 p.m. Thursday at his home here.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the Norwegian Lutheran Church at Longwood. The Rev. John Myrewold will officiated and burial will be made in the church cemetery. Friends May pay their respects at the Hoeper and Kraut Funeral Home in Owen.

Mr. Twait was born in Norway in 1894 and came to this country as a young boy, settling with his family on a farm near Owen. He farmed in the area himself until 1954, when he became a stationary engineer in Lake Forest, Ill.

Surviving are his wife, a son, Howard, Wis. Rapids, three daughters, Mrs. Patricia Richers and Miss Frieda Twait, both of Chicago; and Mrs. Edith Droeimen, Wis. Rapids, and four grandchildren.

Also surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Martha Sorenson and Miss Elizabeth Twait, both of Owen, Mrs. Evelyn Talso, route 4, Greenwood; and four brothers, Nels and Olaf, both of Owen, Elmer, Chicago, and Silas, Good Hope, Ill.
