Kuhn, Ethel (29 SEP 1885 - 30 Jul 1977)

Neillsville, Clark County, Wis. - Services were at 11:30 a.m. today at Georgas-Gesche Funeral Home for Mrs. Ethel Kuhn, 91, of 111 Oak St. who died Saturday at memorial Home. The Rev. William A. Noble, pastor of United Methodist Church, officiated and burial was in the Neillsville Cemetery.

Mrs. Kuhn, the former Ethel Carter, was born at Grafton, N.D. She came tot he Town of Washburn in Clark County with her parents at age five and received her education in Washburn Township and Neillsville schools. She taught school in the Neillsville area for several years.

She was married to Paul Kuhn on June 25, 1913 in the Town of Washburn and they operated a farm in that township for many years. She was a member of United Methodist Church.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Maurice (Louise) Muglach, Birmington, Ala.; a son Ernest Kuhn, Neillsville; one sister, Mrs. Ruth Allbaugh, Neillsville; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband on Aug. 12, 1965, and also by two sisters (Ida Wilding & Clara Short)
